CA works like this. When we contact you or you contact us and indicate an interest in career alert we will assign you a confidential ID#, and send you a simple form to fill out that identifies your education level, product and market knowledge, title and responsibilities, location & compensation range, and work history. This form lists only qualifications. There is no information that could be used to identify you. This information will be shared with potential employers.

You return this form to us, along with your resume in Word format and we set up a confidential file for you. When an employer indicates an interest in your qualifications we'll contact you to discuss the opportunity. If you're interested in pursuing it, we'll arrange for you to meet the employer. If you're not interested, we'll inform the employer and move on.

Your confidentiality is assured until you're ready for your information to be revealed.
